HTC adheres to certain core values that make us unique from other churches in the Chippewa Valley. These core values are those non-negotiables that make us uniquely HTC. It is how we express and walk out our beliefs. 

Our verse is John 10: 10 which you can see throughout this web site. "...I came so they can have real and eternal life."

Everything we do is about bringing life change in and to people.  As our lives are changed, we are able and willing to share with others how their lives can also be changed.  This involves a process of spiritual growth which we have spelled out with the acronym R.R.E.E.L

R - Relationship with God through Jesus Christ.  This is the key cornerstone to everything that happens in the life of a believer.  Jesus is the cornerstone that everything else is built upon so we strive to know Him better.

R- Relationships with each other.  We are not called to pursue Jesus alone, we are called to do it as part of a family or as the bible calls a body.  Our relationships with each other are a vital piece in knowing who Jesus is.

E - Every Believer a Minister.  To help build up this body, God has given us spiritual gifts.  Each of us has at least one gift that must be used to aid other people's pursuit of God.  A step in spiritual growth is to find and use your gifts for the benefit of others.

E - Evangelism at Home and Abroad.  We are called to share the story of Jesus with others which we call "Life Change" We do this by ministering in the Chippewa Valley and by sharing stories about what God is doing around the world.  We believe we are called to serve this generation and make an impact for Jesus Christ.

L - Life Change This process will bring life change in us and when that happens, we will share the "R" of a relationship with Jesus with other and start the process all over in somebody's life.
